- Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
- Fast Fox may assist with exchange courier arrangements where possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the request and location.
Faulty / Incorrect
- If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied, Fast Fox will cover all collection and replacement costs.
